  The man, the myth, the legend, Mr. Vic”torious” Stover, proposed to his girlfriend Miss. Jane Kopf (former K swimmer) and she has said yes. Vic is well known for having his own fan club and helping Derek get D3swimming.com running. They currently reside in Aurora, IL where Vic works fro NCC and Jane is a school teacher and both coach swimming on the side.
