Stevens Institute of Technology – Assistant Coach

Stevens Institute of Technology invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach and Aquatic Program Coordinator. Stevens is a member of the Empire 8 Conference, ECAC and NCAA Division III and offers 25 varsity sports (13 for men and 12 for women).

Stevens is located in Hoboken, New Jersey; a historic small town that is just minutes away from Manhattan. The school has an enrollment of approximately 2,000 and is located on a park-like campus that overlooks the Hudson River.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required. Previous college coaching experience, with an emphasis on recruitment of student-athletes, and competitive swimming experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements:
Coaching responsibilities will include assisting in the coordination of planning and implementing practices, instruction, fundraising, aiding in recruitment and other duties as assigned by Head Coach.

Program Coordinator responsibilities include executing initiatives to streamline and market current aquatics programs introduced by the Aquatics Director, Pool Management & other duties to assist Aquatic Director.
