      Rumor has it that the real reason for the cancellation of the St. Mary’s/Alma swim meet was due to a visit by the St. Mary’s girl’s team to the brand new night club in Notre Dame, IN called Les Bos. The team was seen participating in some promiscuous and unladylike activities that would not be condoned by the MIAA. When the girl’s team did not show up to the mandatory morning warm-up, Coach Dombkowski had no choice but to cancel the meet and fire the Asst. Coach. While my source wouldn’t reveal exactly what they were doing, I have a feeling it at least involved some hot scissoring led by Asst. Coach Xerxes. Thoughts?

      I heard the meet was canceled because the Saint Mary’s swimmers got caught hiring Mexicans to read The Old Man and the Sea and write “esés” for them.

      I don’t think that the MIAA would condone any of those actions…

      And probably wouldn’t condone even the suggestion of those actions…
