      In this article it states “This application of the second prong of Title 9 may provide a precedent for men’s sports as well. Cutting a viable, competitive program with a long history of achievement can certainly be held to that standard. Laws against discrimination must not discriminate themselves.”

      For any of you law buffs out there. How much of a chance is there that this can help save some men’s programs from being cut?
