Selling the swim stuff you get on ebay?

Hey guys,

I know a fellow from a D1 school who sells a lot of the free stuff he gets from the athletic department on Ebay. He goes to a big school and gets lots of freebies. FS II suits, practice suits, and autographs from football players at his school (it is a big-time football school). He is making pretty big bucks on this, more than just a couple of hundred dollars.

Does anyone know if I am correct, that this is a pretty big NCAA no-no.
