      200 Backstroke Relay

      200 Breaststroke Relay

      Crescendo
      Two years ago: 4:32.79 (Groth, White, Dekker, Waller)
      Last year: 4:31.85
      This year: 4:21.88

      200 Butterfly Relay
      Last year: 1:37.35
      This year: 1:36.39

      1500 Relay
      Two years ago: 16:33.47 (Did we get a pity clap?)
      Last year: 15:43.22
      This year: 15:38.09

      4 x 100 IM Relay
      Two years ago: 4:03.47 (Waller, Dekker, Booms, Entwistle)
      Last year: 3:53.04 (Hennigar, Booms, Groth, Dekker)
      This year: 3:46.54 (Espinosa, Dekker, Booms, Brower)

      200 Free Relay
      Two years ago: 1:36.22 (Go ahead, laugh…and then laugh harder when I tell you that it was considered to be a pretty stacked relay: White, Nast, Groth, Waller)
      Last year: 1:29.37

      I was trying to figure out why I didn’t remember any relay meet from three years ago – then I realized that it was the Grand Valley relay meet and it was probably the WORST meet I’ve ever been to in my life. What an absolutely horrendous experience that was…

      I think I may remember some famous splits from that meet…

      Me: 59 100 fly, 1:05 100 IM

      Booms/Kovacs: 1:07’s 100 breast

      I think Jim Nast was 56 in the 100 free

      Kovacs/Joey/Don: There’s no way anyone was significantly better than 5:40 in the 500

      It was really a great way to kick off our college careers. we sucked

      Me: 26. in the crescendo and 25.9 in the 200 free (and we were happy I broke 26?) YIKES

      that was my worst time ever in the 500. I think i was like 5:34
