MemberSo it looks like a few of the guys at World’s used the new FS Pro; does anyone know if it was used at NCAA’s on the Division 3 level? What about D2 or D1? I would imagine that there would be a plethora of sponsored teams at D1’s that would’ve had them. To me it looks like the plain old jammers you can buy with the crazy patterns, but I could be mistaken.
If anyone on here actually wore one at their championship meet, can you tell me a little about it? It looks like it would be worth my while for triathlons, just wondering how it works for the swimming part?
Anybody out there spend the bling and come home with wood or an amazing time cut?

MemberMy apologies, Derek. I saw them listed as the moderators and didn’t think I’d hassle you since you’re probably very busy doing whatever it is that you do besides administrate this fantastic site.
Oh, and YOU DA MAN.

Its all an ACT
MemberI maybe mistaken, but I think the World Championships was the first meet that speedo had them out for. They usually like to pick a big meet like worlds or the Olympics to roll those suits out.

MemberThey’ve been out for a bit, including nationals. I saw one up close. Dry, it feels EXACTLY like a paper suit from 10-12 years ago. Holds the same as an fsII, and is somewhat translucent at the knees when you flex them. Other than that it is pretty much the same, the water beads up nicely on it, and it is a lighter weight than the other suits. Did the job fine, but so would an fsII I think.

that is entirely dependant on who it is on the block – now amanda beard would work for me – but I think we had that discussion or similar on another thread…..
