      The distance freestyle events for the women should be very interesting this year at the conference meet.
      Dolan (STO) and Gundersen (GAC) have been taking turns owning the top times all season long. Now Clauss (UST) seems to be approaching their times. She actually beat Dolan in the 500 a week ago at a dual meet.
      So who will come out on top at conference?
      I’m picking the senior Dolan for the 500. But I don’t think anyone can stop Gundersen in the mile. It’s hard to predict what these freshman will do though.
      Any other possible winners?

      i cant wait to see gundersen and dolan duke it out like they did at carthage..but i am going to have to agree that dolan has the upper hand of experience (even though she didnt do it last year cuz of lendway), but think gundersen will win by 10 seconds or more in the mile

      Dolan will lead the 500 with a 50 or 100 to go then Gunderson will pour it on and win by half a body length or so.
