      although i would love to see newton drop a sweet hammer in that mile, i think he is gonna to do (well) the 2nd day double.

      what do ya’ll think?

      it looks like a newton special aka the hammer drop in the 2free, 4im, 8fr relay.

      Good thing he does not have an event on Sat, because he would be flat exausted by then if he does this.
