I’m pretty sure Born (Kenyon) was the last to do it on the men’s side–50 Fr, 100 Fr, and 100 Fly in 1985. I think there were a number of guys to do it before him when the records were still new.
On the women’s side I know Marsman (Carleton) had the 50, 100 and 200 Fr in 2005. I’m not sure about others.
