There is another one up this week highlighting excellent work by some DIII senior swimmers. Well done, keep them coming, especially the ones that go beyond the traditional swimming powerhouses!

That's really interesting !!
We would love to see more such senior swimmers in future that inspires elder people .
It has been found that aqua exercise participants increased their strength by 27% in the quadriceps, 40% in the hamstrings, and about 10% in the upper body region. Most of the home health care offers swimming as well as other sporting activities for seniors that helps to make them more active and healthy .
