Darn. Anybody know why Cox isn't swimming? Is he going to be back next year, or is this "take a year off" going to be followed by 2 more years off?

CMS beats Whitter 199-14 on the men's side and 182-9 for the women??? Does Whittier actually have a men's and women's team, or just a men's and women's swimmer/duet?
Families share the bond of blood; teams share the bond of toil, tears, and sweat. Both share the bond of the heart.

199-14 and 182-9?!? Isn't that a bit excessive? Haven't they heard of exhibition out in CA?
You have Pedro's protection. Vote for Pedro.

I'm pretty sure they've heard of exhibitioning in Cali, but I don't think it has ever been related to swimming...

But yeah, those scores are pretty ridiculous. That coach has got to be careful or the name "Steve Spurrier" is going to start coming up more often...and no one wants that.

Well, when the other team is scoring that few points, they probably have less than 4 guys on the team. It doesn't help keep things very respectable if the other side isn't going to score any points.

Whittier has basically no people. Although they do have one fast guy who has been swimming the dual meets lately, Manuel Sanchez, who won the conference handily in the 100 breast with a 57.3, then declined his NCAA ticket because of a knee problem or something.
