Re: Phelps Trouble?

And I'm not really one to judge, but the IOC is. I am just trying to present things that they might think of to justify their rules. How does one smoke or drink a fat chick though, Screech? I could be missing something, but I don't think the IOC cares too much that there is a picture of him taking ...

Re: Next Gen Suits

After seeing what other teams are getting, I've just started a fund to raise enough money for K to have full body LZRs, Blueseventys, and whatever else we can get. In an arms race, may the best fund raisers win.

I can export our databases for you, and I would also love to talk to you about getting the results of your analysis and any additional data you find for d3swimming.com.

Re: Olivet Breastroker

I went a 31.0 over christmas break at an alumni meet. I was 2:15 in HS. I'm betting if I trained breaststroke I'd have been 2:10, 59, 29. Yes, you read that correctly. Derek ive never seen you swim, but ive never seen or heard of anyone go 29.+30. to go 59. ever. I was exaggerating for comic effect...

Re: Suits

I may have posted some of this before, so sorry if it is redundant. I am on the USA Swimming Rules & Regulations committee and attended the USA Swimming national convention this past September. At the convention this year, one of the major items discussed in meetings, in the halls, at the bar, and e...

Re: Poll: Hope 4 free relay time

I don't think this poll proves anything. For one, any time I see a poll that asks me to predict Hope's success (whether over K or not) I immediately vote for the entire town of Holland, Michigan to fall into the lake and float to Wisconsin - or just sink to the bottom never to be seen again. I can't...

Re: The poll is up, let the griping commence!!

The "logic" of trying to parse in-season swims through rested versus un-rested filters is pretty amazing piece of mental gymnastics. Why not embrace all in-season times as equal and enjoy the crazy consquences? This is actually a pretty interesting idea. One of the "problems" with swimming is that ...

Re: I challenge you...

Sorry to intrude in you conversation, but it seems to me that diving is an event same as anyother event. So if Hope doesn't have a diver that's their problem. Also, a college may compete 18 people (divers counting 1/3), so if Kzoo only had 14 that's their problem. If Hope has 6 sprinters score and ...
