E8 Head Coach Openings

We have 2 pretty significant openings in the Empire 8. RIT is looking to replace the recently retired Cahill and Stevens opening the search for Delarosby's successor. 2 teams with huge upside (IMO). Anyone have an inside scoop on potential candidates?
